Complete the cell-level UL 1642 or IEC 62133 assessment first, then move to UL 2743 whole-unit testing — this avoids repeated testing. FCC Part 15 and safety testing can be submitted in parallel. Common failures cluster around protection loss after drop, charging temperature rise beyond limits, and incomplete marking.
