Privacy policy
What we collect
The quotation and complaint forms collect the company, contact name, email, phone and description you enter. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; there are no passwords. To limit abuse we store a hash of the request IP, never the address itself. Subscriptions store your email and the topics you selected.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, complaint or subscription, and to keep the service itself secure. We do not sell or share it, except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Tickets and deliverable records are kept as business and audit rules require. Subscription records are deleted outright when you unsubscribe rather than flagged. Sign-in codes expire on use.
Cookies
One session cookie, used to keep you signed in to the back office. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
AI and automation
The site assistant sends your question to a model provider to generate an answer; questions are not used for training. The regulatory collection pipeline processes publicly published official texts and involves no personal data.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Subscription emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
