DIGITAL SERVICES

Digital services

Certification work can be structured: project progress, document checklists, reports and certificates, and regulatory changes all live in one system that clients can query at any time.

Client platform

Signed-in clients see their own organisation's project progress, outstanding documents, and delivered reports and certificates. Data is isolated per organisation by both the application layer and database row-level security.

Deliverable registry (DRS)

Every deliverable carries a unique number and a QR code pointing at the public verification page. A hit is a hit; a miss is reported as not found, never as a hedge. The PDF original requires a login and is limited to the owning organisation, and every download is written to the audit log.

How the databases are maintained

  1. 01

    Daily collection

Changes are pulled from official journals, legislation databases and standards bodies' public interfaces.

  2. 02

    Structuring

Source text is extracted into structured fields, with the original quotation and a snapshot kept alongside.

  3. 03

    Human review

A data reviewer checks every candidate within 48 hours; high-impact changes need two different people.

  4. 04

    Publication

Source URL, verification date and verifier must all be present before an entry can be published — enforced in the database.

  5. 05

    Notification and re-check

Subscribers are notified; published entries have their sources re-checked monthly.

AI assistant

The assistant in the corner answers only from verified entries in the five databases, citing each one and its official source; when the answer is not in there it says so and hands you to a person. The same capabilities are exposed as MCP tools for your own AI agents.
