Who we are
This website is operated by Shenzhen Tsinghu Technology Co., Ltd., 601, Shenzhen Research Institute, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, No. 10 Yuexing 2nd Road, High-Tech Zone Community, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. For any question about your data, write to hg@tsinghu.com.
What you send us
- Inquiry and quote forms: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), your message, the products and markets you choose, and how you reached us (landing page, referring site, campaign tags). We use this only to answer and follow up on your request.
- Resource downloads: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional) and whether you want updates on regulations. A signed cookie then lets you download our other resources without filling in the form again.
- Market access finder: the product and markets looked up, with no personal data, so we can see which routes are in demand.
Legal basis
Answering business inquiries is a step before a contract and in our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Analytics in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland rests on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs only where there is a form and is needed to send it.
Analytics
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): page views, traffic sources and anonymous events such as “form sent”. IP addresses are not stored; Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): heatmaps and anonymised session replays that show where pages are hard to use. Everything typed into forms is masked and never recorded.
If you visit from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these tools load only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner.
Elsewhere they load by default. You can switch them off at any time with the button below; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of them load.

Where data is processed
The site runs on Cloudflare’s global network. Analytics providers may process data in the United States (Google, Microsoft) or in China (Baidu), and our team handles inquiries in China. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, the providers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and download requests are kept while we work with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hg@tsinghu.com and we will answer within one month. In the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland you may also complain to your data protection authority.
